If you’ve been around this space for a while, then you know how passionate I am about personal development. It’s one of my favorite topics to write about, and something I make a lot of time for in my own life. 

This wasn’t always the case though. Just a few years ago, I was really struggling. I was stuck in an unhappy relationship and an unhappy career. I didn’t know where to go next in my life and wasn’t setting goals for myself. 

Then I turned to personal development. 

I dove into reading personal development books and websites, and listening to personal development podcasts. I learned so much about goal setting and managing my mind, and then turned around and implemented those lessons into my own life. 

Now I still make time for personal development every day. And I love being about to write articles to share what I’ve learned with you!
